What are the characteristics of the ideal Publishing Manager?
- 6 years of experience in game publishing, project management, or a related field in a similar role,
- PC player. Familiar with the ecosystem and games,
- Experience in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of game development processes,
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Understanding of game marketing, distribution channels, and monetization strategies,
- Familiarity with digital platforms like Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, etc.,
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics,
- Network & knowledge of Chinese digital platforms like Heybox, Bilbili, Douyin, Huya, etc.,
- Familiarity with ISBN (版号) approval process,
- Bilingual in English and Chinese,
- Willingness to attend frequent travels (4-6 or more) yearly, including China, US, EU.

- Managing the publication and distribution of marketing content across various channels,
- Developing new strategies to optimize content reach and engagement, leading to positive ROI,
- Developing new services and ensuring AI-enhanced solutions rollout across all the projects,
- Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and tailor publishing strategies accordingly,
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to improve future efforts,
- Solving problem and issues ad-hoc,
- Relationship Management, you will be responsible for maintaining good and stable relationships with Clients, partners inside and outside of China,
- Keeping up the HQ standards and values.

Salary
- Salary depends on experience and skills, but with a base not less than 13k PLN (or 3250 USD) net on invoice (B2B) or gross (contract of mandate).
- Monthly bonuses apply.
